Sweet Dreams Little Bear is a free pattern that would make a beautiful baby shower gift. A pull-string music box is tucked inside the cloud, and when you pull the central star, it plays a sweet little lullaby ♡.
YARN REQUIRED: #2 sport weight yarn, e.g., Catania from Schachenmayr.
RECOMMENDED HOOK SIZE: 2.50 mm and 3.0 mm crochet hooks.
NOTIONS: Fiberfill stuffing, scissors, a darning needle, and a pull-string baby music box (optional).
Moon Cycle Mobile from Whistle & Ivy

Little Birdie Mobile from Elisa’s Crochet
This sweet little bird mobile is perfect for a baby girl’s nursery. The pattern is for the bird only. It does not give instructions for how to crochet around the steel ring, but if you don’t know how to do this, a quick Google search for how to crochet around a ring brings up plenty of great free tutorials.
YARN REQUIRED: 3 light/DK weight cotton yarn. You’ll need pink for the main part, and small amounts of light grey and yellow.
RECOMMENDED HOOK SIZE: 2.75 mm (C-2) crochet hook.
NOTIONS: Polyfill stuffing, scissors, and a yarn needle.
Hot Air Balloon Baby Mobile Pattern from Amour Fou
The hot air balloon measures about 15 cm. You can make the frame yourself from two wooden sticks or purchase a hanger.
YARN REQUIRED: #3 light/DK or #4 medium/worsted weight cotton yarn. You’ll need four colours for the balloon, one for the basket, a contrasting colour for the straps, and white for the clouds.
RECOMMENDED HOOK SIZE: 3 mm crochet hook.
NOTIONS: Fiberfill stuffing, a tapestry needle, scissors, and two wooden sticks.
